CENTRUM PARAPLE
BROKEN
The campaign "Again, and yet for the first time" reminds the mission of the Centrum Paraple, which faces the daily challenge of re-teaching people with spinal cord injuries basic life skills. At the same time, it is also a celebration of 30 years of the centre's work, which accompanies its clients on the path to independence. The campaign focuses on ordinary moments of every day, such as being able to eat, dress or sit up independently, and presents them as key life achievements. It thus highlights the invaluable role of the Paraple Centre.
Eating alone, again and yet for the first time.
Speaking again, and yet for the first time.
Dressing myself again, and yet for the first time.
Speaking again, and yet for the first time.
Dressing myself again, and yet for the first time.
The minimalist design relies on clean typography, whose broken letters symbolise the devastating and irreversible impact of spinal cord injury.
This visual element evokes the pain and difficulty of the journey back to a fulfilling life. The purpose of the design is not only to increase awareness but also to encourage the public to actively support the Paraple Center, without which it is simply indispensable.
The campaign "Again, yet for the first time" brings to light and revives the mission of the Centrum Paraple:
to help people find their way forward from dependence to freedom.
The campaign aims to involve the public in celebrating these seemingly self-evident victories and to remind them of the importance of support.
Sitting down again, and yet for the first time.
Driving a car again, and yet for the first time.
